Do you accept returns?

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item in the following circumstances – 

-The item is returned in its original condition, unworn with tags
-The item is safely packed to avoid damage in transit and contains a copy of the return request as detailed below.

-Hygiene and our customers’ safety is super important, so Swimwear bottoms must have hygiene stickers in place.

Processing times for returns

Our aim is to always process returns as quickly as possible although it can take a little longer at busy times, PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 21 DAYS FOR FULL RETUND/EXCHANGE

Please retain all proof of postage receipts until you are satisfied your refund/exchange request has been completed.

 

Do you offer free returns?

All orders are returned at your own expense we are unable to reimburse this cost.

We recommend posting at a location that can provide a proof of postage receipt please keep hold of your proof of postage until your return has been completed

Please follow the instructions below for handwriting our address although postage will need to be paid and we are unable to reimburse this cost.

 

Simply write your order number, name, address, whether you’d like a refund or replacement and the issue with the item(s) on a piece of paper and enclose with your return.

Can I return a faulty item?

We are sorry you have a faulty item but we are happy to refund or replace faulty items within 6 months of the purchase date. Please contact our customer service team at customerservice@sincityswim.co.uk with your name and order number.

 

My item is faulty, but my purchase date was more than 6 months ago - is there anything I can do?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund if the item was purchased more than 6 months ago, unless you’re able to demonstrate that the item was faulty when you received it. 

 

How long will my refund take?

Please allow up to 21 days to receive your refund. The refund will be made on to the same payment method used in your original purchase
